Is it a request by the Aussie fan French Cuisine? Your team is not so bad that you should start begging. Trust your players.

@Bhaskar - Even if he is hungry for his 100th 100 what's wrong in that? It will be an honour when he scores his 100th ton. we are proud of him..!!!

Bhaskar:
Good to see some hungry players in the team. We need to kick out complacency from this team to make it successful. Hope others will also benefit from your coaching and make India proud. :-)

I usually dont like talking regionalism. BUT FYI They both are Marathis one from MH other from Karnataka...Most imp thing is they play for India wholeheartedly...Find replecement who is atleast half good as they are then talk abt retirements ..
I could see 8 indian batsmen in the score card. To this, add Vinay, Mithun, Ishanth, Yadav and Ojha who bowled yesterday, the team size works to 13. Was the rule flexed to all more than 11 players to play and give as much exposure to bastmand and bowlers?

r u not aware of tour game?? even in warm-up games in the ODI world cup, u will see more than 11 batsmen...it is been played for touch before the start of the test series...

Now a days the rules have been changed to declare the bastman out if he is retiring midway and doesn't resume even when the innings/match comes to an end.
