We have a good experience bowler like Ashish Nehra,Irfan Phthan, Srisanth,Harbhajan,RP Singh
They Have done well in the past Because of the selection committee politics selectors are supporting there own state players
Even They are no quality bowlers They have no ability to take 20 wickets.

@Janaki, I guess you were either in Vanavas or in Ashokvan!!!Varun Aron has pulled out of the tour due to injury and hence he has been replaced by Vinay Kumar, the spinner...

India will win

If dhoni is made Non-playing captain...a batting position may be saved...anyway hes not going to get runs...why waste his position..saha can keep and we can accomodate a genuine batsman like Rohit..I am sure he has some kind of cement tank built in between his legs..that does not allow him to move his feet..he is sick...he just boasts of the WC win and i am sure had the WC been played in more placid tracks..he would have been a sitting duck...senseless cricketer with very limited test cricket technique....

wow! How shall you accomodate Rohit when Saha would be playing for Dhoni? Accept it or not, but Dhoni is the best keeper batsman India have ever played with!

Irfan Pathan
by Mukesh Kumar on Dec 13, 2011 12:37 PM  | Hide replies

I do not know why Irfan was not picked up for Oz. He is an experienced player and certainly would have come handy.

The selectors should have wisdom now to at least pick him up for One-Day and T20 series.

oye don't worry yaar, it's a long tour and 1 or 2 pace bowlers are gonna get back with injuries! Irfan would surely get a chance there! Cheers! I'd love him to play there! I wish if it's Mithun or Vinay (sorry to both) could be out!

Record does not matter it is the matter of ability Like kumble was not a quality spinner he was not a big turner of the ball like Shane warn And Murlitharan But he has a record Of 600 Wicket But Irfan And Harbhajan has a ability to take the wickets both are match winner ability never fails they can prove themselves ant time give them chance

Maybe he should talk with less confidence and that would give the team a better chance to win ?
