As an Indian its really shameful but thats the only solution I can see? Since 1932 we have not produced any World class pace bowler and look at them they are producing sh$tloads of it.I think We are too fragile to be a Fast bowler.Sorry but thats the Truth.
Now that baby pacer got selected, this shows how much dearth and opportunity bowling department offers. Persons who are atleast 6ft and stout and aged between 20 and 25 yrs, just forget all and join pace academeny, watch videos of south african and england pace bowlers, learn the art of good length'ed and 140kph pitched bowling that has seam, bounce, swing etc and get into national squad and become rich like Sehwag etc

I have been told that ACB has requested BCCI not to pick Pathan, because the Australians are afraid of his terrific pace, which some times exceeds 100 kph! I remember a similar incident from 1934, when Bill Voce was 'injured' on Austrlians' request in the second innings of their tour match against Nottinghamshire, having taken 8/66 in the first innings. Australians are past masters at making such requests.
