forget the shame heaped on word's No 1 team.announce few crore awardsfor playing the game ,even when injured .Let;s agitate and force govt to announce Bharat Ratan to sachin
Except the sharjah series, did Sachin ever rose to occasion when its needed? He is never and will never be a champion/warrior batsman. And top of that, he should announce his retirement from ODI,T20. He should stop telling passion for the game, enjoying etc and in the best interest of future of india cricket, he should quit ODI,T20 and focus on test cricket. And top of this, inorder to avoid anymore lbw dismissals in future, he should learn the art of removing his weakness against incoming, inswinging deliveries that has good length, pace, seam, bounce, swing, spin.

yes, when conditions, pitch, bowlers, target easy....
but when conditions, pitch, bowlers, target difficult-5% times...
Whenever pitch flat, bowling not threatening, target easy, conditions favourable for batting sachin rose to the occasion 95% of times and failed 5% of times...
but whenever bowlers good, pitch difficult, target huge, situation difficult/crunch sachin failed 95% of times and risen to the occasion 5% of times....

it speaks about the quantum of the cricketing knowledge u possess by sayin dravid featured in only 2 wins.....lets accept that both are greats along with vvs...but the fact still remains that sachin has never been a big match player...in his 22 yr old cricketing career....one cant count even 22 occasions where he really proved that he is a big match player

of course u can count the harjah episodes, recently won commonwealth series down under, the match in chennai againstv pakistan where india lost due to horrible lower order batting....i know that i will meeet a wide scale critism for my comments....with ppl even bringing the "soth indian factor" in between...but even though am a big big sachin admirer i feel that he hasnt risen in big mathes comprehensively
Mr Raja - The whole universe remembers what rating you gave for 3 idiots. Now you are trying your luck on cricket? You are truly an idiot. I wonder if you even know how a cricket bat looks like.
I couldn't understand more than half of what is written here. The article is not simple to read (atleast for me). A language is to communicate to other person right? What's he acheiving by showing off to us (readers)? Ignore my post if u all felt the language is simple and I am the only dumbo here :)

You are definitely not the only one.. Even Raja does not understand what he writes. He "simbly" picks up a dictionary and looks for the most hard and long words and tries to make a paragraph. You can read his sentences back to front OR front to back..result is the same.. Its totally meaningless.

We all have a bad habit of raising someone to the level of GOD and then get disappointed if he behaves like a normal human being. From Shankaracharya to Sachin we have done this unfailingly. Fine men like these may have certain abilities that are not seen in any average human being. So, applaud it. Strive hard to emulate them. This mentality of deifying them reduces us to a feeling of lesser mortals and lack of self confidence. When Sachin got his Ferrari as a gift there were a few skeptics who felt that this is nothing but a part pay off for his endorsing FIAT Palio in India and that this should be subject to tax as income in his hands. Well nobody had the guts at that time to say anything openly against Sachin the GOD. To make matters worse, Sachin went ahead and lobbied successfully, thanks to late Pramod Mahajan for a waiver of Import Duty thereon. A guy who was making more than Rs. 100 cr. a year even at that time, was the import duty a big sum to pay. Nobody asked why GOD needs a waiver of import duty. I am not at all disappointed in his selling off his Ferrari as I do not expect him to be GOD "the infallible". Besides, I also feel that this may not have been a GIFT in that sense, as, after all, THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH IN LIFE man. Having said that, I admit that I was also a great fan of Sachin at his prime. Of late, seeing him struggle against ordinary bowlers, I feel bad for him. May be his time's up.
