Bowling fast requires lot of strength and endurence.By eating parantha ,dal, idli ,sambhar ,samosey it cannot be achieved. By including Red Meat in the diet but thats impossible in India as Red Meat is not available here.Countries where Red Meat is eaten Pakistan -Sarfaraj Nawaj ,Imran Khan ,Waqar,Wasim ,Shoib.Australia-Dennis lille ,Bret lee ,shawn Tait ,merv Huges etc.West Indies -you know their great fasties.England-Bob Willis,Broad and Company ,NewZealand-Morrison ,Shane bond and now India-Venktesh Prasad ,Debashish Mohanty ,Abhay Kuruvilla,Dodda Ganesh . Â Â Â By the way Pakistan has got similar "Lively" ,"Bouncy" and "Grassy" PITCHES as in India.

roman gladiators were mostly vegetarians, research showed recently. the red meat theory is bogus. strength and endurance can be built with a vegetarian diet.
unless you are a troll, your argument doesn't have any MEAT. lols

Dude still in western countries they Have Awareness programmes where they encourage their citizens to include Red Meat in their diet atleast 3-4times a week.I am talking about fast bowling not about gladiators and warriors thats bit illogical. Now a professional wrestler weighing 120 kg or more obvoiusly has got more strength but can he run as friskly as a genuine fast bowler and delivers the ball at 140-150 km ,I dont think so.One last question how many genuine fast bowlers India has produced since they started playing (Almost 80 years)?Answer is None(Remember Kapil dev was medium fast a swing bowler)

I don't think it's really mattered in the modern world as there are tons of sprotein suppliments available now..
Lots vegnas are super athelets in US, who get most of their protein from such suppliments..

I agree with u but they switched to vegetarians when they are fully grown i.e. when they are in their twenties or thirties. But till that time they have supplements and proper red meat diet. For example Carl Lewis One of the greatest switched to vegetarian in 1991 and his decline starts after that. You can easily figure out yourself if you see the great Indian Spinner Venkatpathy Raju(Broad shoulders ,Wide Chest ,strong biceps) on one side and Jacques Kallis  or Shoib Akhtar (Weak shoulders Thin chest skinny arms) on other side.
I have been keep telling since a 2007 that our NCA and MRF acadamies are complete joke. If its not a joke, why would our fast bowling and spin bowling will be so spineless, wayward bowling, no good line and length deliviries, pace around 130mph, seam, bounce, swing, spin etc. And top of that all bowlers gets injured now and then.
Pathetic situation. Instead of investing so much in this academies its better the investment be made on charity to have country blessed

we need airbus academy for pace bowlers and Anna academy for Test batsman, Anna can fast for 10 days and play long innings
Cricket is a joke of a sport. It's played by 10 countries of which 5 are failed nations - Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, etc.
We Indians are lazy people. We don't have the stamina (or the legs) to play football, or to box, or to sprint (or any athletic sport for that matter). Our cricketers have skinny legs and fat bellies...LOL.
It's a bloody joke. But then again, we're satisfied being heroes in our own backyard.

To be more honest, he is also not proving to be a commentator worth his salt. His fluency is lacking and he hardly smiles when stacked against Harsha and other English and Aussie commentators. Saurav, just sit quiet at home.

He is the worst. All his decisions have no reasoning and logic. He was just plain lucky India had the money to buy the World cup.
