Missed out on parthiv patel
by Mayank Agarwal on Aug 26, 2011 09:39 AM  | Hide replies

The report started with "Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma cracked half-centuries as India recorded....". This is ridiculous if they want to tell who all cracked half-centuries it should also include Parthiv Patel.

lost their impartiality

Having become the paid employees of BCCI gavaskar , shastri and harsha no longer feel the freedom to speak their mind and hence dont look exciting in their comments. Shastri keep on using some catchy phrases now and then which often have no relevance to the situation. gavaskar always wants to show that artificial patriotism trying to defend the team against what he sees as colonial mindset of englishmen.he finds fault with umpiring without even trying to watch the replay visuals accurately.harsha dances to their tunes trying to appease them loosing that impartiality and charm in the process. he even had the audacity to comment on lokpal.he was critical of anna by saying anna or no anna unless we stop paying that petty bribes corruption will remain-very much the official view point-as if people like raja and kalmadi wouldnot have done their scams if ordinary people dint pay petty bribes for existence.

Shastri never did any way. He never had balls to express his own opinion. He always said what others around him said..

ravi shashri first knock against england :Kapil entered the World Cup with an ordinary individual record – 32 Matches, 608 Runs (Average: 21), 34 wickets. India's solitary victory in the previous two World Cups was against East Africa in 1975. Riding on Yashpal Sharma (89 Runs), Roger Binny and Ravi Shastri (3 wickets each), India inflicted the West Indies' first-ever defeat in the World Cup.Following a victory against Zimbabwe, India lost the next two matches – Australia (despite Kapil Dev's best career figures of 5/43)[25] and West Indies. India now needed victories against Australia and Zimbabwe to advance to semi-finals. So Ravi Shashtri is team member of 1983 world cup winner team so respect him

Expert commenters at Rediff

I'm proud to be Indian. We have more expert commenters at rediff board than in the team and the tv channel that cover the tour. All these commenters sound like they are veterans themselves. Once again I'm proud to be an Indian. Jai Ho!

Tendulakar & Raina Failed. They hv been in England for 2 months..Virat & Rohit straight from India & scored.

In TEST we played with too Old player like Tendu & Lax..and Young like Dhoni, Raina dont hv technic to play in Test.

Srikanth never played good in Test and scored 20-30 runs in One-day with edges..how can he be chief selector...I can remember Wasim Akram made him dance with swing bowling and ended his career
