On what basis .................
by Anand on Aug 23, 2011 10:52 AM

Tendulkar expecting Bharat Ratna?????

Is he played for India ? - No
Is he played fro the team ever? - No
Is his contribution helps India to save matches?? - No
Is he played for the country? - No.

Only he played for his records as well as money.

On what criteria they are recommend this guy for such a big honors.

Without Dravid and Lakshman let him play one responsible innings then I think we can think of it.

why Sachin is still out there ?
by km vb on Aug 23, 2011 10:37 AM  | Hide replies

Is Sachin had any important role for winning any series for INDIA ?He piled up runs as his age grown up,other than piling up runs do any of his Innings denote/refer/cherish for importance.
Look at the India Population. There are many youngsters waiting for a chance and it is very disgusting to see the role play behind by some sorts of group ? BCCI ? Selectors ?regional Commentators ? allowing him to play for such a long period by denying geniune young players.

It is high time to apply force by all like BCCI, Selectors, Bombay commentators,Ex-players to make him retire or else to take a hard decision by BCCI and Selectors?

Nice comment. Bombay commentators Ravi shastri, Harsha Bhogle will want tendulkar to play for 10 more years for the runs tendulkar has scored so far.

why everybody blame sachin, its a game one have to lose one have to win.this series was not ours specially of injuries, poor bowling and batting display by everyone except dravid.if you were part in indian team you will have seen whats wrong but you want blame yourselves.sachin have done great things that is why our expectations are high.blame the selectors for not using young talent that also with vast population we cant find any allrounders , pace bowlers like aron varun (fastest bowler in india).better open your eyes before blaming sachin.when we are winning we praise but when we lose we always put on eachother

Mr Sameer... why r u crying like a baby... 1996 and 2003.. he failed miserably when required(SF and Final)... and how about his test innings?!! Do you know his second innings record.. leave alone the fourth innings of the test match... There are two instance he has either saved india or helped us to victory batting fourth.. one in 1990 another the 387 chase in 2008... wait another 15 years.. he will win a test match for us or save us from the face of defeat..

LBW decision.
by taklu on Aug 23, 2011 10:00 AM  | Hide replies

Even though Ross Tucker's decision to give Sachin out LBW was correct , as later corroborated by the hawk-eye evidence , but it also showed that less than half of the ball was clipping the top of leg stump. And, had there been DRS for LBW and if Sachin appealed he would've been given out since on field umpire Tucker's decision was out . But most umpires would've given Sachin not-out that ball . what if the ball had missed the leg stump, how could you be so sure?

Even with the ball just clipping the leg stump and if Tucker had given him not out and had there been DRS for LBW and england would've appealed, it would've been not out since the original decision was not out.

Sachin's weakness Exposed?
by km vb on Aug 23, 2011 09:38 AM

Sachin's weakness exposed.Sachin has the tendency to bring the front food forward and try to snick the ball to mid wicket area to a single. If once bowl at a good length with slightly on the off stump line or brings the slightly from that line- either sachin gets out snicks to slips area or wicket keeper or gets LBW.
