Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly was silently thrilled at The Oval yesterday on learning about former nemesis Greg Chappell being sacked as Australia's national talent manager Even as most of the media here were chasing Ganguly for a reaction, India's most successful captain took the news in his stride, and felt that justice had been done for everything that transpired between the two during their reign at the helm of Indian cricket almost half a decade ago.
Ganguly hailed Cricket Australia's decision to sack Chappell. "Now, people will know who was right and who was wrong (during their spat as captain and coach of the Indian team). He's such a big cricketer... a big name... it's very unfortunate," he told MiD DAY.
Ganguly blamed Chappell's 'backroom politics' for effectively ruining his career. "How many more times will such things (controversies) happen? He spoilt my career," said Ganguly. The Ganguly-Chappell controversy, perhaps the most infamous love-hate relationship in cricket history, was caused by a series of events in late 2005 and early 2006 that involved highly publicised infighting between them. It also ended Ganguly's captaincy stint. but i do not think so in fact Ganguly is very lucky man who virtually won the toss in world cup on 23 march 2003 but his brain spoiled the decision to bowl first like dhoni in first two test matches won the toss and fielded to loose. one more thing ganguly is gr8 but does manmani his own hitlershahi

Out of curiosity and greed -1% curiosity and 99% greed, to be precise- I had responded to similar unsolicited invitations for making easy bucks. But, all of these sites ask for some money transfer for some sort of registration, that too in dollars or pounds. Please don't respond to these invitations. Whenever you see such invitations, you can post this reply or your own reply so that people will be informed and those behind such tricks will be slightly disencouraged

They are already supporting Anna by playing peacefully and not hitting any ball while playing and not hitting stumps while bowling.
other teams make good records vs india ie centuries, double centuries, most wickets etc. whereas indian team makes dumb records ie double ducks,golden ducks,longest ducks,defeat by highest margin etc.ordinary players become good players,good players become excellent players playing against india,and undoubtly they are heading for another whitewash..Oh darling ye hain India.
