MSDhobi is CaptainByLuck and everyone now knows that. This series was probably part of the DealStruck withEng forLowPerformance in the WC2011 just soIndia could win it.

Let us not be so much worried. It may be the dominance of english cricket. They are at the helm. Our performance may be poor when compared to the current english side and at the same time may not be that bad. We have won tests in SA, Australia and West Indies. Somewhere some thing wrong. Especially All the bowlers lost their form. It is putting more pressure on batsman. See the second test. Till the hattrick to broad, our peformance is O.K. Since then, they never looked back and we never came back.

tendulkar had right approach to swann

but his timing was not good. swann varies his pace and bounce and spin.

Sresanth did what RP has been doing all day long (using crease)with extra pace and got Morgan.
the angrez hated RP approach to restrict angrez and blamed him for patch on pitch.
In contrast, Ishant stuck to his style to put pressure which made Anderson and
Morgan chase sresanth for runs. good, atleast sresanth could nail them.
though, sresanth went to thank the tendulkar for morgan wicket.

U R rite. India became no.1 since aussies have lost 2 back 2 back ashes 2 England which has de-throwned them. The show of the the indian team in West Indies is also up 2 th mark. Now the true no.1 team has emerged at last!

No way India can win abroad
by siva kumar on Aug 20, 2011 09:27 PM  | Hide replies

As long as BCCI is not ready to prepare pitches suited for seam and fast bowling where ball tends to rise and swing and make Indian batters bat against quality pace bowling India can never perform anything abroad.
BCCI is worried because if fast friendly pitches are prepared Indian team will loose home series also.
As long as this dilemma continues the story will be repeated in future also.
Because playing cricket in Australia, England,West Indies and South Africa is different ball game altogether.
