raina dont alter your style too much, should have allowed rohit. tendulkar and sehwag had right approach. tendulkar had wrong timing. sehwag made wrong judgment on the ball and his moves. tendulkar timing was not good. He could let the ball go or be more defensive. swann varies his pace and bounce and spin. Sresanth did what RP has been doing all day long (using crease) and put extra pace and got Morgan. the angrez hated RP approach to restrict angrez even with lesser pace and blamed him for patch on pitch. In contrast, Ishant stuck to his style to put pressure which forced Anderson and Morgan to chase sresanth for runs. good, atleast sresanth could nail them. though, sresanth went to thank the tendulkar for morgan wicket. sehwag would not be rushed had abhinav scored 50's in test.

Some people are saying that India getting to World Number One is a fluke. Thats the most stupid and naive assessment. India has performed consistently well over the past one decade in tests and hence they have become number one. Yes, there is no denying the fact that India has become a laughing stock in this England series, but they deserved to be number one. They have beaten all the test playing nations in home series, and then started winning outside as well against Australia, SA, WI and England. This was the only series that they played like school boys in the last decade. Hope things cant get worse than this.

ok but ind has won majority against weak teams only. n then as no.1 team, v cudnt win against no.10 team of wi even to score just 180 runs! that made our no.1 status more suspicious n surprising than losing against eng. the series against wi itself showed our status was a fake one.

I can't expect more from a bird-brain like you. When Pakisthan won the New zealand test series at home at the start of this year, they won a series after 4 YEARS and 2 MONTHS!!!! What a shame!!!
