in team india anna means rahul dravid who is as steady and hungry for runs as our real hero anna is hungry. It is really shame that England youngsters can apply their logic and take wickets but our IPL most expensive players fail to do some result oriented show here? I think there is very much fishy thing going on in team india when team from number 1 directly go to number 2 and will go further down to number 3 if india gets out twice with follow on so it is really IPL that has destroyed our boys in tests

unfortunate that India is not able to produce quality fast bowlers consistently. India's weakness lies in it's weak pace attack. BCCI is responsible for not producing pace friendly tracks that encourages fast bowlers.

i agree with you. our batsmen is also not able to play in pace friendly pitches. we don't have good second string players particularly in test matches. what will happen if sehwag, sachin, dravid and laxman retire from test matches.

BCCI should have different kind of pitches all over india. one pitch say in delhi support pace, another say in kolkatha support spin and another say in chennai support batsmen friendly one.

All great teams
by gegong apang on Aug 20, 2011 01:03 PM

had great bowling attacks. Australian team of 90's had Mcgrath and Shane warne, West Indies of 70's had great pace attack.

Current indian bowling attack is very weak indeed. It is not capable of taking 20 wickets in foreign conditions against top teams.

It is no wonder that a strong England batting line up is raking in huge scores in this series.

Team Indias top three performer Sachin, Dravid & laxman are in their last phase of carrier, It is
unfortunate that the trio did not clicked this time. Full credit to English team for the way thy are batting & bowling. Raina, Rohit, Yuvraj, M. Vijay, Mukund , Sehwag & Gambhir must lift themslves & bring back India to No - 1 spot. We must find 2 or 3 wicket taking bowlers to achive this. Ashwin, Abdulla, Sanghwan, Mithun , Tyagi are good options.
