It was Dravid, Kiran More & Chappell that deadly trio stabbed Ganguly in the fashion Ceaser was stabbed ..... I think people will evaluate the era of Dravid n Chappell as the darkest era of Indian cricket even worse than Azahar era!

name a player and il give u 5 players for each of them who are backed by sourav...and amde it big in the taem..
australia has probably done a mistake by sacking chappell on players demands.
greg chappell was a boon to india and because of his policies we became no. 1 in all formats...
the world cup failure was the only blemish in his otherwise successful stint as indian coach...
also the youngsters picked by him and encouraged and allowed to flower under him have now got more experience and taken india to new heights winning T20 WC, 2011 odi WC and taking india to no. position in test cricket.

asutralian cricket has brought another revolution in cricket...
after the rotation policy the effects of which are very clear now...they are now trying another experiment...now the players themselves have been given the right to decide who will become the coach and selector and who will not become the coach and selector...

in chappell's era India made 1st round exit from world cup, the previous edition we were runners up and in the next edition we became the champs ....so how do u work out that it was due to chappell we won WC in 2011, when chappell got kicked out in 2007 ??? Now whom do you blame for our on going miserable English summer it must be chappell again as per your logic!!!

Chappell is best suited to indian politics rather than coaching stint to any nations. Its not about downgrading or upgrading players but the technique he used to apply on every individual players is marvelous. We should urge CA to promote him for the post of Australian Prime Ministership in their next election so that he could train some young politician for the next generation in Australia

Another Mad Dada fan who thinks Ganguly should be in d captain inspite of averaging just 17 after 2003 till he was sacked...
Atleast he had the courage to sack him..even though he might be a great coach...

It was Ganguly that backstabbed VVS because he was jealous of VS since 1996 ! It is only VVS talent that kept him in team . No one could stop him except 2003 WC due to Dada
