Every senior player is talking about batting.. But no one has observed that we did not take at least 10 wickets in this innings.. whereas the english bowlers have taken total 20 wickets .. there is no point in grooming all the young cricketers in batting.. we need to show talent in our bowling as well.. Test cricket is all about taking wickets to win the matches....
I wanted be a great fast bowler in the lines of McGrath, but because of lack of height, have to get into engineering doing useless stuff. Now,after seeing the way our bowlers bowling, I am regretting a lot of not being destined 6ft tallness
dhoni needs to b kicked kapil won wc in 1983 but after defeat against wi he was removed from captaincy. if player with stature of kapil can b removed d_h_o_b_i is nobody against him. bcci is trying to get scape goat for the loss. n has found one in coach fletcher coz thats easy way out as they cant 'touch' their most reputed players.
other reasons for loss. more importance for ipl money minting by bcci n players. ignoring injuries n playing for their sponsors. players trying to b fit for ipl n remain unfit during national duties as they consider non-ipl period as their vacation.

lol. The reason is lack of preparation and too much of cricket. Of course it is the money that is making cricket too much.
forget ind being no.1 team. they werent top team. had they been no. 1 team they wud hv won against no. 10 team like wi when they required just 180 runs to win the match n our players surrendered their weapons against lowly ranked wi. how can v b called as the best team if v cant winagainst the lowest team?
Great to see Engalnd being crowned No.1...after a long time the Inventor Cricket has been crowned and rightly.But we cannot ignore the Indian teams contribution also..Good Job Inadian Team..atleast you all will rest in Peace for sometime..no Comparision of being No.1..Ask ur Big Bosses who have made you all the slave of this GAME..whether they have ever played Cricket at all. Captain INDIA..u had ur luck and share of money by ur side..nw u can go back drive ur bikes and cars..thanx for all u have done.

lol. England is having the most luckiest short lived stay at No 1. Keep watching as this english team is far worse than the indian team you abuse. England is playing at home and in conditions suited to them.
This will be tough for England's team to maintain the consistency.Being No.1 is not very important and it will be very big task ahead for them to keep this spirit and momentum...

they are performing like this for the last 3 years......playing very tough test cricket under challenging conditions....succeessfully winning every series....great performance by ENG

ok agree with you Mr.Sunil..Eng side really played well from past 2 to 3yrs in test cricket ..but wait for sometime..let them come to sub-continet pitches like India & SL..see their performances then..

deteriorating pitches,..?? "mudtracks"...u call them cricket pitches...?? well ind allways under prepares it's pitches to suit "flat pitch bullies"....but no prob....anderson and broad know how to reverse swing the ball....u know this...yes ENG can play better in india in tests....this is a quality pace attack....batting is allways good....
After winning the current series in ICC ranking England become the number test side in the world.But we need to remember that they need to beat India in India or Srilanka in Srilanka then they called them self the real number one side.Playing at there home grounds & beating other team at homes is quiet easy, but the real test of character comes when you beat other teams at there home grounds.

Agree to some extent. But if at all they are number, it's only because standard of world cricket as far as test matches is concerned, has gone down by a long way.

forget abt numbering. v were beaten byt hem 3-0 is suficient shame for us. n v cant claim ourselves to b no.1 team.
