This is a conspiracy...nothing else...
by Junior Shelly on Aug 14, 2011 03:19 PM  | Hide replies

I have mentioned it before..this is a conspiracy against the Indian team. The UK scientists with the help of their US counterparts and NASA have managed to control the weather so that it becomes overcast when the English team bowls and sunny when the Indians bowl...
Indian team is still the best team.

Who is Responsible...
by aman malhotra on Aug 14, 2011 03:00 PM

* Greedy BCCI :
Misplaced priorities - Paise ke deewane - Paisa over country's pride
* Mentally and physically fatigued cricketers :
- Not strong enough to say "No"/"Open to playing only limited matches" to playing in IPL - Caught between country and BCCIs interest - Trying to over exert themselves - Dont mind extra money they earn from IPL/ads etc
................When these cricketers come to India and beat teams like West Indies, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka etc...When Sachin playing on home turf will score a century....When Dravid and Laxman come up with another double century stand...Everything will be forgotten....BCCI will be happy, spectators will be happy, cricketers might get some rewards...and the issue will be forgotten...laid to rest...Same old story...NO ACCOUNTABILITY !...

Dhoni is just lucky
by Cool Guy on Aug 14, 2011 02:54 PM

That maximum test series of his early captaincy career had been home series and also overseas tours to weak test playing countries like NZ, WI, etc. But now the real unsuccessful Dhoni has come out. More to follow in Aus.

All of them are multi millioners now. It is rages to riches for them. It only proves people from lower and middle class are unable to handle great wealth.

Morons in Blue
by K Ram on Aug 14, 2011 12:48 PM  | Hide replies

Each and every individual of the team and the team as a whole stands thoroughly exposed. shame on them! we call them greats when they can't perform in alien atmospheres and can only perform in flat home pitches. what happened to our great pace bowlers? they looked pedestrian and hardly posed any threat. Ishant and Harbajan deserve to be dropped. Let Tendulkar call it a day. We can not give him series after series to score his 100th ton. Dhoni looked bereft of ideas and save for the final test, looked thoroughly out of sorts with the bat. Why is it always the TN players made the scapegoats? while the whole team failed, why drop Mukund alone? Mukund is a lot better than Raina when it come to test cricket. They proved, they're not Gods or Heros as they made out to be and are mere mortals. Failure in an innings is ok and is understandable. failing time and again can not be digested by any means. Team India has shown the world that, they don't deserve to be world No.1 at all.

Dhoni's craps
by indira on Aug 14, 2011 12:32 PM

Dhoni commented that the team should not be judged by one series loss and one or two test match losses don't matter. Of course the loss doesn't matter but the manner in which we lost, going down like cowards definitely matters. We know that win and loss are part and parcel of any game but the manner in which you play is most important. He also said that every overseas tour helps one to improve as a player and one should not be bothered to change the technique and all that crap. No team plays overseas to improve their skills but to win the matches. As a playerhe should also know that changing the technique is very important inorder to adapt to the conditions prevailing in a place. Besides the captain, the three senoir most players who have played for more than 15 yrs together should also share the resposibility for this debacle. I think it is high time a rotation policy should be adapted to include only one senior player per match so that the youngsters will get a chance to play and improve.

World Class Team
by Ashish Sharma on Aug 14, 2011 12:07 PM

What people fail to understand is that Indian cricket team is a world class team, they don't believe in defeating second-grade opponents... that's why they lost to England to give them world no. 1 status. Now that England has achieved that status India will give them first taste of defeat. Poor England...
