BCCI has got enough money now they can scrap this IPL circus so that cricketers can hone their skills playing longer versions of the game. Ther is absolutely no future for cricket if we forget TEST CRICKET which is the only true form of the game that tests every skill of the players and gives chance to everybody to play his part. And please make it mandatory to play county cricket to the probable 30 players of the country if we don't want any such debacles in future.Remember what county cricket has done to the careers of two of our best bowlers KUMBLE and ZAHEER KHAN.
indian players exteding their carrier by playing chosen one series. and some playing injured. i think there is no real desire to play for india but to play for money. i dont mind india loosing but at least give opposition a fight.(go down fighting with respect)
It has been waiting to happen. The planning,preparation(or the lack of it)IPLs,injuries, lack of bench strength in bowling,lack of match practice to key players et all.We should all be happy that we had been number-1 test team for almost two years practically by default.BCCI is least interested in being no-1 test team-it is meant to make crores by staging IPLs and indulge board politics-the players have no pride in adorning the status of being No-1 test team.Their priorities have all drifted to more attractive slam bang cricket excepting few Dravids/Laxmans/Praveen kumars.Above all the public memory is too short. Come ODIs, the entire hurt will get evaporated if India wins the ODI games and all our stars will come back to the reckoning.Test match Cricket-buried by BCCI and our players for Indian cricket . Long live BCCI and Team India.
no worries indan cricket fans, soon BCCI will arrage home series against bagl.,sri lanka,zim.. there will plenty of runs by indian team and india will be no.1 again. lots of money for india cricket players. cheers

I sthere any assurance from him that he will retire AFTER getting that Ton of Tons? First get that and later arrnge for bangladesh series.
It is pity that,the Indian team is always praised based on the performances of the sub continent soil where there is nothing for the bowlers.Their true performance will get exposed only they travel to Australia,Southafrcia & England.When they finish this series 0-4,they will call SL or Bangaladesh for a home series in India by their 'Home Tiger' image,thereby making people to forget the England series.It is happening evertime they tour to SA,Eng,Aus.The fact is that the fans & BCCI also habituated to this custom.So,there is no real cricket stuff & talent can people enjoy from the Indian players.

india was the only country never invited bangladesh for homeseries for test matches.Bangladesh never played test match in india.understand the fact before vomitting here.
