Your 10 wickets fell for the most unsporting captain in the history of cricket and most untalented bowler (as you claim). What a great tem you had....!
you said Kumble was not better. but how about u taking those 1 tup catches and appealing in 2007 test aus vs ind when kumble was leading the team. By the way Kumble is really a gentleman in his career.
He should feel sorry for the catch that was taken of the ground by Michel Clark in the slips I presume against Ganguly for which he raised the finger suggesting to the umpire with the words "that is out". In fact this action started acrimony in tat series.Hailing somebody is easy in fact he too should have set an eample then and there is a well said sayings that "Charity begins at Home".
I can see many Indian cricket fan always charges against Australian team especially Ponting. They want to erase him or his team from cricket scene. But, see the reality before being biased, our own players and board is no saint either.
I am also surprise to see the same people, support Anna Hazare and at the same time also support IPL - a money making scandal from BCCI and Sarad Pawar. Now after revelation from horses mouth it is clear our saint board BCCI, stopped a cricket and cricketer supporting initiative by Kapil Dev and opted for money centric IPL.
Now when Dhoni is telling extra long spell of cricket and money making season is responsible for doom of Indian team in England, then hardly any one is supporting. We always talk about neutrality of our team our umpires and our experts and now see all is revealed that BBCI is paying Ravi Shastri and Sunil Gasker to favour BCCI, Sarad Pawar and IPL while working as commentators.
IPL is a high voltage drama, but what about the real cricketer grooming tournaments of India. Why Ranji, Dilip, Hemen and other trophy is not getting importance by media, expert and wealthiest board on earth.
If we go by these facts, actually we don't have right to say everything to everybody.
In the recently concluded world cup Ponting did not walk out even though he knew he nicked the ball clearly against Pakistan/Sri Lanka I think and commented after the match he waited for umpire to give him out. Now, he is talking bad about Kumble. Ponting gone mad or what? Who blames whom?
