its stil better than spending 100 crore for keeping kasab alive even after giving capital punishment to him long back ..!!
I suggest that the Test Matches, One dayers and T-20's should be scheduled in phased manner rather than crammed in tours, as follows :
1. TEST MATCHES ; should be played in any 6 months period in a year.
2. ONE DAY MATCHES : should be played for 2 months in a year.
2. T-20's should be played for 2 months in a year.
The teams should get 2 Months full rest besides the rest they get in between the tour schedules of each format. This will also help the players to adopt from one format to another.
The periods mentioned above need not be the same but is given as examplry purpose. The ICC should arrange to plan periods for each format according to their convenience but ensure one format should be placed in a fixed period.
If BCCI plan to produce 2 National teams with 20 member squad for each, then every player will get a chance n enough rest. And players can concentrate on the game without any pressure to cement their place in the team, becoz if not perform well in the main team, will demote to next level team. Now see I Pathan,Agarkar,Uthappa,VenugopalRao and Balaji...etc.., all these are very talented players but not sure whether they come back to national side again. So that we can protect a lot of bench strength to challenge any nation and we don't lose any player.
Team-A plays with top 6 nations 1.Australia, 2.SouthAfrica, 3.Srilanka, 4.England, 5.Pakistan, 6.Newzeland. Team-B plays with next top 6 nations 7.WestIndies, 8.Bangladesh, 9.Irland, 10.Zimbambwe, 11.Netherlands, 12.Kenya.
india never had a program to be number 1, angrez did for long time. Written about it.
I have added answers to your concerns below. raj-what more, you can make IPL once in TWO YEAR affair.
One year for PROGRAM that prepares india to be number 1. like Angrez hidden program for ghoras only and few session with the international players who are now angrezi citizens to practice themselves.
MIND YOU- ICC will not give india a breather, they are wicked and tactical. Dont go by media about BCCI say on ICC, even umpire A Raut knows how he can stay as the umpire by not being pro-india and being pro-angrez wont hurt. Same with Lorgat.
So india needs to have Team B and Team C, then we can have 2 IPL every year for Team B and Team C while Team A prepares for "Desi run and only for desi" Program to BECOME number 1.
i meant, Team A prepares for number 1 program and joins IPL once in two years. I have written about angrez-dutch (dutch origin players from south-africa in angrez team) and their program code named "F-India". One of the two umpires is from south-africa as well.

correction-
ICC will not give india a breather on schedule (will infact blame india if they refuse), they are wicked and tactical. Dont go by media about BCCI say on ICC, even umpire A Raut knows how he can stay as the umpire by not being pro-india and being pro-angrez wont hurt. Same with Lorgat. Paymaster is the boss, same with ex-captain Hussain who does commentary for angrez cause though confused india about his idenity. again, paymaster angrez in the boss.
Yes that is true see what happend in the world cup before IPL is ok but after IPL these two tours are needed. they selected for IPL only they played but before problems always will play but when the problem arises only they can sit or in rest. I hope that ICC will give some rules and regulations to cut the busiest schedules of BCCI.
Top 3 - Dravid,Sachin and laxman, hardly plays one day cricket..so why they need rest..jus becoz they are old ?? if yes, then tell them to sit at home rather being greedy for money and status..atleast some young guns can flood into the team...Sehwag,yuvraj,sachin,zaheer - key players were on rest..so still how much rest u need...r u getting discharged from an hospital to seek rest... ??? if tats the case why did u run behind IPL without seeking rest..becoz u r greedy of money than country..as simple as tat

idiot, dhoni said he was strained after IPL. after all, he was the one who failed miserably in both tests.
Harbhajan Singh, the Indian offspinner, has been ruled out of the Edgbaston Test because of a stomach injury he sustained during the second Test in Nottingham. Harbhajan has a grade 1 lower abdominal tear and is expected to be out of action for 10-12 days.

good riddens ! it would be better for him to undergo treatment in India !!
For A long time gap India win the world cup but because of busiest schedule of BCCI over thinking about money they done like this but donot blame team. This is of BCCI's Extraordinary work as human being do not blame team members.
