RCB is peaking now - they will make it to the semis
- If he fails as an individual he lets it affect his on-field captaincy and i suspect its vice versa too. - After the match when he is on the losing side (which is more often the case), doesn't mind criticizing his fellow team mates taking individual names for poor performances in post match presentations. Good Captains seldom do that. - I dont think ever has plan B or plan C in place, if things dont go well. Worse lets his frustation show...
Yuvi is an excellent individual contributer and not a good capatin. Indulging himself in the later is only going to mess up the former (batting capabilities)..
For we Indians why is rank, position etc so much important?
Pune missed a trick by not making Smith the captain.

coz he dnt take so chap .... Captency isnt a easy job to do.He cant focus on his btng & bowling
I think navajot singh siddhu and boria majumdar should be named coach and manager respectively for the indian team. Then the pharmaceuticals companies can make huge sales by selling sleeping pills. It will be in huge demand from the indian players day in and day out. Who knows, even the bcci bosses will start subscribing to it.
