Why Kaif is being kept out
by naveen bisht on Apr 18, 2011 06:49 PM  | Hide replies

RCB are losing as they are unable to develop partnerships. They need batsman who can build a partnership and hance lay stone for win. Kaif can be a vital player in this situation. He is experinced and was part of IPL winning team. RCB should give him a try and drop Tiwary. They should also give chance to Rille Rossoww instead of Dilshan.

Kaif is the most overrated player. They did not want him.He was bought just for fun in the auction

No player is bought for fun.nobody has a spare money to do so.Every player has its importance that's y he is bought. And more to add he has not been given a single game to playing in IPL-4 till date so question of non performing is not correct.

Weak People, Weak Team
by Badmash Aadmi on Apr 18, 2011 06:12 PM  | Hide replies

People of Bangalore are weak and not strong like North Indians. So their team is very weak. I don't know why are they surprised by this. Weak people can only have a weak team, simple as that.

Why Bangalore companies have to hire North Indians? Why can't they hire Kannadigas? Again answer is the same. Bangalore companies want strong NOrthies and not weak Kannadigas in their companies.

Please check the names of present RCB team. how many are from Bangalore / karnataka and how many are from North India. very few are from Karnataka in RCB. RCB was better team when there were more bangaloreans. :)

the owner conundrum
by Warrior on Apr 18, 2011 06:05 PM

after their first match
against tuskers, junior mallya said rcb had their money well spent (meant bought good players).. well after that it was disastrous performances.. one thing i don't understand in IPL is why these so called co-owners sticking so much to the team and tinkering with their morale? never saw such a phenomenon in any other sports.. even in formula 1, senior and junior mallyas don't interfere much.. but in cricket they interfere too much.. no wonder teams losing focus and not sticking together as a team

Selfish Sachin
by Vikas Banga on Apr 18, 2011 04:16 PM  | Hide replies

He is the most selfish player around after Dada.
Just look at his century at the last ball. Surely he did not try to hit the ball for boundary. Just stear the ball to long off, made sure he touch the ball, so that he can complete his century.
Are we people sure that we want to watch IPL for Sachin, Gambhir, Kallis etc. playing 20 overs?
Surely now its the time to give chance to young players atleast in IPL.
Sachin played full 20 overs and young player Rohit Sharma waited in the wings.
Gambhir and Kallis play almost 20 overs. Same is with Yuvraj.
Time to show others players like walthaty to show their mettle

ohh hero.. ipl is all about winning for its owners.. they spent money to take honours back and come with it the sponsorship, the brand name and related products.. it's not a grooming ground for rohit sharmas and manish pandeys.. teams spent millions to get sachin etc and so they want them to stay 20 overs and make their teams win.. hehehe growp up mate grow up.. if you are so much depressed with the state of affairs, why don't u watch ranji trophy etc where these youngsters are groomed??
