all because of morons like srikanth who did biasing and took some mannerless, worthless and waste cricketers from tamil nadu. Uthappa's demand was anyways proved in IPL4 season auctioning.. So, don't talk about the ability of Kannada cricketers. There was a time when 7 of 11 cricketers of Indian team were from Karnataka. Now, TN cricketers are getting chance to play only because of biasing.. This is a severe threat to national patriotism.. Indians will start hating their national team only because of people like srikanth and bloggers like you..

Uthappa could not take Karnataka to qf of Vijay and Syed trophies..And Uthappa was in the playin 11 of 2007 Wcup team...Waste cricketers from Karnataka u should say...

Please let me know who the selectors was when 7 out 11 players were from Karnataka..and by the way..there was only 1 player from TN in world cup squad who deserved his place..Tell me who in the 15 (of world cup squad) would u replace for uthapa??...Srikaths team won the world cup...so his selection was right..no one question that now...

I agree with u. Comapring sachin with dhoni is insult of sports. Dhoni sucess rate as a captain is good. But as a palayer he is only a ordinary player who clicks always once in 30 innings (luckily always at right time) while sachin is a legend, most consistent batsman & match winner in last two decades. While sachin is entirely on merit & professionalism, dhoni is 80% due to luck. I give credit to dhoni for playing good inning in final but no way he should be compared with great like sachin who is in different league. Only consistent performers are remembered after few yrs & everyone forget ocassional match winner like dhoni or any non performing captain. Tell me how many of us remember Yunus khan as a great player who was captain of 2009 T-20 wcup winning team? No one as he is a good player but not extraordinary. But players like Bradman, sobers, Tendulkar, Lara, Kapil etc are remembered for centuries due to their extraordinary capability.

India didn't get wildcard entry in final so that dhoni can perform in final. Dhoni failed in all 8 previous matches of wcup & 5 matches in SA series. Now any other batsman couldnot have got chance to play final after 13 sucessive failures (which applies for Wicketkeeper also). But then dhoni was lucky to play final. any batsman if secured of his place even after infinite failures, he will definetely click once a while (i.e one in 40 innings). Player like kartik/patel dropped after every 2 failures as a batsman but dhoni is assured to play even after 25-30 match failures in all format of game. same happen in last IPL when he failed in 11 matches out of 12 but just lucky to lead a winning team. see dhoni performance as a batsman in last 30 inning in test/ODI/T-20, u will find he doesn't dersve a place in any format based on merit. Now comapring him with most consistent player & match winner legend sachin is a sporting crime. Shammi please improve ur cricketing knowledge before comenting. No person to be judged by one day performance & but over a period of time. This medicore attitide (to make hero with one day sucess( not allowing our country to be world beater in other sports

Yes but when u write a comment, it should always be supported with data/facts. Now based on data/facts, comapring extraordinary sachin with medicore dhoni(who perform once in 2 yrs) is most rediculous. Comparing can be done amonng equals & dhoni doesn't qualify to be comapred among great players based on his performance as a player in last 2 yrs. Thoug i agree he is very good in manipulation & luck.

Who cares if these war criminals play in the IPL or not ? certainly not me and I am sure many thousands of Indians agree on that. We have always got the Aussies and South Africans to pump in more bodies into this god forsaken tournament. The IPL is quickly becoming a mixing ground for Aussies and South Africans along with Indians of course. The result will be a lousy, long, and ridiculous phase of the cricket calendar. I for one can't wait for this Indian Foolish League to end. Lucky Lankans are out soon.

Shamii u are not right. Dhoni is good while sachin is extraordinary- so no comparison please. No one remember ordinary player like yunus khan/strauss- who were captain of 2009/2010 T-20 wcup winning team. Same applies with dhoni but media & few fools give unnesssary hype to captaincy to make ordinary dhoni as great

Sachin Himself praised dhoni and his capatincy.he said hes the best capatin he has played so far.wat an accolade for dhoni.Wow!!! dhoni you are the best and will remain for ever as great captain

In india due to media, captaincy is overhyped otherwise people remember only great players & not non performing captain. After all its sport & not MP/MLA election where u reuire leadership skill. At the end people remeber Matadona/Messi/Bradman/Sachin/Richards/kapil/Gavaskar/Lara etc who care - who is the captain
