Deccan chargers, Delhi daredevils, Kings XI worst teams of 4th edition of IPL 4. Thrown away (not retained) gud players and bought weak players. Its the mistake they have committed by their own hands. Even a layman cant think of leaving such gud players. These 3 teams will be fighting for bottom position. With weakest batting line-up Deccan chargers deserves the Bottom position.
When I see some of the local bowlers bowling in IPL I feel tht they are just like gulli cricketers....today ravi teja was bowling against gambhir although ravi teja is not a bowler but still he is just a like a gulli cricketer.
Batting is too bad....look at the scores like which didn't even cross 120 in the last few games....
LOOK AT THE CROWDS IN IPL MATCHES ..NO WHERE IT IS FULL HOUSE EVEN IN KOLKATTA ONLY QUARTER OF THE GROUND IS FILLED...EVERYWHERE SAME PROBS ..NO GROUNDS R GETTING FULL AFTER THIS FANTASTIC WORLD CUP .... THIS IPL IS NOT GOIN TO B A HIT
I will fully support watching IPL4 than other ICC tournaments, because the bright players like Robin Utthappa or Laxmipathy Balaji or Goni they have chance to show their talent in IPL and moreover these boys have a way to earn money. If not for IPL, will Robin Utthappa has any chance to come back to Indian team? May be Laxmipathy Balaji is long forgotten.
ICC tournaments are for ICC or BCCI greedy men to earn money and enjoy in AC rooms. The players are not paid to their talent, think of it- Munaf and others are only C grade players. Without IPL only Sachin, Dhoni earn money.
While in IPL players of any country either Decartes of Netherlands or our own Desi bright youngsters who have taken up career of cricket be it from Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi all of them have some source of income. Lets support IPL :-)
If someone is getting millions of dollars, lets be it happy, but only top few are getting millions, the rest guys are only earning Lakhs if not thousands. Without IPL, they will be only playing Ranji Trophies...
IPL IS NOTHING MORE THAN A TAMASHA. ITS JUST A MEANS OF MAKING MONEY, BUT THE SOUL OF CRICKET IS ABSENT. K.POLLARD OF WEST INDIES, WHO IS A BIG STAR OF IPL, FAILED TERRIBLY IN THE WORLD CUP. THE COUNTRY IS FACING SHORTAGE OF POWER. FARMERS & COMMON PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING ELECTRICITY & THE IPL MATCHES ARE HELD UNDER FLOODLIGHTS. THE GOVERRNMENT MUST BAN THE USE OF FLOODLIGHTS FOR THESE USELESS MATCHES. THE MATCHES SHOULD BE PLAYED DURING DAY TIME. THE INDIAN PLAYERS ARE MORE INTERESTED IN PLAYING IPL, RATHER THAN PLAYING FOR THEIR COUNTRY, DUE TO THE HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY INVOLVED IN IPL.

Its indeed true that india has won the World Cup.Ask any of the player, to play for country & just pay them small amount, instead of crores of rupees. Will they play with their hearts uot for India?
What kind of people are Kolkotans. When any city in India would give its arm to have a cricket team associated with it, here is a city that was like mourning an over the hill cricketer by reporting their absence from the event.
Sad. But a good match it was. Kallis rocks! Christian could have taken the match had he gotten one more over.

Just adding the name Kolkata to a team doesnt make it associated with City..Mind it!!>..
SRK has done nothing to promote local talents and also no hullabaloo done in Kolkata with this team. Even the name Kolkata is inscribed in such small font that it is quite illegible. Kolkatans have learnt to move ahead without ganguly. i guess now u guys shud also learn to keep quiet regarding that and stop foulmouthing general Kolkata public.
