Dhoni has a team of leaders and hence his task becomes easy.

Sachin is a leader of batting.
Sehwag is a leader of Dare Devils.
Gambhir is a leader of Knight Riders.
Kohli is a leader of Under 19 World Cup winning team.
Yuvi is a leader of Kings XI
Yusuf is a leader of slogging and pinch hitting.
Raina is a leader of Super Kings in the absence of Dhoni.
Zaheer is a leader of our pace attack.
Bhajji is a leader of our spin attack.

When Dhoni is leading a team of leaders, his task of managing the team becomes very easy because most members of the team are leaders themselves and know what their responsibilities are. In short, Dhoni has few inexperienced members in the Indian team to manage.

This is the mantra of our World Cup success.

May be a difficult job for a skipper when he is not in full form. Dhoni defintely did well in managing the team that is studded with stalwarts. Qudos to him

Overhype Dhoni now

Good - now that the WC is won Dhoni has become a God. Look at Australia and learn from them - how they got rid of a misfiring captain even though he achieved great things in the past. Dhoni and the team did a great job - specially in the last 3 matches when it mattered the most. We will cherish these memories. This definitely is the end for Sachin, but wait - is this the end for everyone in the team? Can Dhoni keep up this performance? Nobody will have one good thing to say if they dont build on this achievement. The bowling is still to dependent on Zak - and seamers need to be found. The WC has been won, parties are over! Please stop this over-showering of money and accolades to Dhoni, and look to build a stronger team for future.

Thanks

There are folks who don't know why present is called a "Present". They never enjoy & dwell on past and unknown future.

He gives a crap on Aus example - Aus is losing their hold & just lost WC, whereas Ind has steadily moved up #1 in tests, #2 in ODIs & closing in on Aus for #1 in ODIs too, with WC in hand, what else one can ask. Just enjoy life - I am in the most happiest frame of mind w.r.t. my fav cricket team achievement, can't bargain for more.

There are real sick Dhoni bashers no matter even if he end up winning WC - what else they want ? These jokers don't care about team result & only worry about individuals.

well he just wants to say keep our feet on ground, fair comment. But I would'nt want my feet on ground esp after such an amazing performance. BTW Dhoni looks to be unaffected by all this. Gr8 guy truely...Please dont get in Bas_t ponting into picture.
