Some one said WHAT'S IN A NAME and someone said THE NAME IS ENOUGH.
The name Sachin Tendulkar was so motivating, that each team member gave in their best efforts to win the world cup for India and for Sachin. Every player expressed this feeling after winning the world cup. Most of the newspapers had Sachin's pic holding the tricolour on their front page. Although, hardly noticed by media, seeing the way Sachin fielded, after India lost 9 wickets in 29 runs to SA, lifted the Indian fielding so much from next match, we started saving 25-30 runs in fielding, a high point to win any game. Seeing him score 482 runs lifted the batting. The motivation - if he can do it at 38 years (will turn 38 on 24 April), why can't we.
He is a legend not only because of his game but also of his behavior because of which he commands great respect and love. His happiness looked so pure, innocent, like water spilling out of a filled pot and mesmerising, so much that people were overjoyed seeing his unbound happiness till their eyes were filled.
A man who's name and on-field presence is itself motivating enough so as to lift-up the world cup has to be the GOD of cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar's NAME IS ENOUGH.

Mr rationalist ... even if he had said this ... dont forget even at this juncture .. Sachin is one of th highest run getters in WC ... He made 18k runs .. Do U really think he would say so... Please dont critise him .. No other Player in the world has achieved wat he has !!!! .. Wat else do u want from Him ..

That delivery was unplayable with a superb inswinging yorker to left hander yuvraj. But in that same match he took two wickets too. Look at yuvi's overall tournament with excellence in bat,bowl and field.

Taklu hai to kya. Cricket ka dimaga hai. Taklu is right. Few deleveries are very difficult to play.
