Just consider
by Bada Bhai on Apr 01, 2011 04:38 PM

the no. of political VIPS ranging from President of the country, Governors, Union Ministers attending the Cricket World Cup..
I guess it is high time we christen cricket as our National Sport..why this farce and artificial attitude shown to hockey, supposedly our National sport..will these VIPS attend a Hockey World Cup..will there be so much hype for our supposedly National sport called hockey...just for the sake of Nationalism we call it a National sport..I bet more than half of the VIPS would not know when a Hockey world cup was organized

Cricket is popular no doubt hence draws large crowds..but then why don't you make it the National sport considering the crowd it pulls..followed by majority in the country...rather than sticking to some conventions and sentiments..

Because of God, Pakis dropped 4 catches. In finals he will not require the same, he shall bring home the cup single handedly, of course with the help of god. He will score a big century and shall stay till the end. Billions of people praying for him daily. Sachin haters will witness all these.

Dhoni's Pollitics made him irreplaceable
by srini an on Apr 01, 2011 03:22 PM

....in fact dhoni also can be replaced by some other wicket keeper batsman...That is the reason he has avoided Uthappa, Parthiv Patel in the world cup squad so that dhoni becoms irreplaceable
