it's clear that ian is not like his brother greig chappel"...these days talks a lot of "bullshit" ....never involved in any form of cricket improvement like his bro....just talks ... every one knows how sehwag plays against quality pace attack on a"good " pitch....30 -35 ball inningse before he gets out.!!!!
it's more or less "virtual opener" rahul dravid who holds indian inningses on this kind of attack....ian sits and comments a lot of phalthu flat pitch ordinary bowling attack inningses of sehwag against lanka these days.... middle order is the key for team india's "survival" against quality AUS attack....

I agree.. but there are no great uncovered pitches in the wiorld these days and most tracks are flat only..
Sehwag has scored well in England, Australia, NZ and WI.. Decently in SA.. If u are going to say that NZn WI dont have good bowlers, then its not Viru's fault..
Flat track runs also has value dude and they are not going to be silent if u get 20s and 30s in flat tracks.. In any sort of track, the batsman need to score runs..
And, for record purpose, Dravid dint score as much as Viru in the flat tracks too.. What for this?? Dravid knows only to play in difficult teracks and hence drop him for flat tracks??

i think u dont know the difference between a test inningse and a one day inningse....... with in a test centre , test pitch is different and a one day pitch is alltogether a different one...!!!!!! all test centres prepare batting pitches for one dayers....un like test [pitches.... u r talking abt one day inningses of sehwag and flat pitch test hundreds at test centres.... if there is a swing n seam early in the pitch....sehwag sits in the dressing room as early as possible...!!!!! know the difference between test inningse and one day inningse... u didnt watch resent test against PAK-ENG...???? what kind of pitch and bowling u saw...???? pace , bounce, swing throught the day..!!!!bowlers paradise... ever saw sehwag's inningse on such kind of pitch...!!??????

It waas once.. And it depended on the batsmen who played those days too..
Nowadays, the conditions are not the same like it was before 10 yrs so that all teams struggle in tests.. Almost every team has makeshift opener in tests too because they can score quick like Sehwag, Watson, Dilshan etc..
England tour is a different one.. U cant say when the cloud wil lcome and ball starts swinging.. Even Viru was initially made opener in England only and scored in same rate there too.. How about his debut century in SA and his centuries in Australia n NZ.. Two ODI 100s in NZ when evryone failed was really best i ve seen from any player in that tour..
We play mostly in India and its mandatory the guys need to play on flat tracks.. if the track is so flat, why others dont score as much as him or as fast as him??
Check for Virus innings in England and Australia(one of the best bowling attack) please..

for the last 10 years it's rahul dravid is the "virtual opener" for team india in test matches..!!!!! wicket falls with in first 5 overs..!!!!! where were u when he held inningses for team india and played match winning knocks at ENG, SA, AUS,,,under tough pitch conditions early in the inningse...!!!!! u dont know the difference between test 100 and one day 100...!!!!! afridi played a lot of one day inningses like that...!!! know the difference between test and one day....

I have a feeling u must have been too young to remember or know about India's last tour of New Zealand, where after a blitzkreig of a start by Sehwag, the entire team would collapse. The 2 triple hundreds and six double hundreds have not really been gifted to hin for his looks my dear; and his test average speaks volumes about his prowess; even if he lasts 30-40 balls, the type of start he gives and the number of runs he scores in that short time is enough to demoralise the opposition bowlers

dead flat pitches..!!!! u dont watch cricket..???? u dont look at pitch conditions, opposition bowling, end result of a test match...???? better watch these things....u will learn a lot abt "test cricket" and "flat pitch bullies"...

I know where they have put the key and have lost it. If they can remember what happened that night then they will know.

Dravid never given even when he was in top form, he just enjoy to keep the ball around the wicket or beside of his leg. no need to wait to see he will get hardly 110 in two test.
