third ODI
by Social Mirror on Sep 18, 2010 05:57 PM  | Hide replies

If we assume that the details were right, does it mean that even the England players were fixed since the match was lost by England, and not Pakisatan, in a shocking and unbelievable fashion. The Pakistani players can lose their wickets at will and as planned by the fixers, but how can they scalp the wickets of the rival team at will? I think players of England and other countries losing matches in this way should also be scanned. They seem to be involved the network as well.

I don't know if anything happened, but England was in a strong position at the end of 38 overs at 201/5, that means 41 of 72 deliveries with 5 wickets at hand looked easily gettable at that point of time. but hard to believe that English players will be involved.

the betting is not on winning or losing. it is more on how many runs will be scored if Pak bats first. say if it is possible to score 65 runs in the first ten overs the porkis will promise to keep score at 52 . always less than what is potentially possible. must admit the porkis have become professionals in this we may be difficult for a common fan to understand

Ban Pakistan Cricket
by roshan thomas on Sep 18, 2010 04:48 PM  | Hide replies

The only solution now is to ban Pakistan from the world cricket as it seems almost everyone there is colluding in fixing matches. World cricket would be better off without Pakistan.

no it was done by pakis. By bowling poorly initially they got the odds of them winning increased and then suddenly started bowling to their strengths.

non sense from uk tabloid

There may be certain facts in betting and it has to be investigated with thourogh action against those involved...but repeatedly claiming that most of the asian based players are bribed is perfect non sense and shall not be encouraged at all.so tomorrow all asian media will say english/sa/australian players too are bribed and all together the charm of cricket will be lost..so save cricket by identifying true culprits

world is not saying asian player but it is saying pakistani players only so donot try to include india in this dishonest pakistani game. by saying asian you are trying to save pakistanis who can be clearly seen as most notorious and peoples with no characters.
