No wonder since hes retired England as a cricket team has been shining.He was also such a disaster as captain Down Under 4 yrs ago.England team in its current state doesnot need or miss him.Good bye Freddie-an underachiever.
Its sad that Freddy is retiring. Hes a wonderful cricketer for England and was instrumental in a lot of english victories. I still remember his heroics in 2005 Ashes and the second test of 2009 ashes. Though he can be handy in ODIs, his major success came in tests only. Hats off to a superb alrounder!
