It is not possible to do that. There is no crime committed yet. He was only sent gifts.

It means that they are more busy in giving useless statements infront of irresponsible indian media instead of performing.
Indian players have been given awareness sessions by the ICC ACSU on how to go about it if they are approached by strangers. What if the players are approached by known people? I guess, they should accept the gifts as a mark of polite respect.
