better to have the teams play each other both Home and away and let there be good point systems for both batting and bowling(As they have in county seasons) and make sure each team plays others in specific period.. this will make sure every player is tested in all conditons..

The ODI league should not be seperate from the WC. If they want an ODI league, it should also culminate into the World Cup. Having a World Champion and then a ODI league champion is absurd. If a team doesnt win the World Cup, they will settle for being the ODI league champion (if they have the chance) and this will devalue the worth of the World Cup (and vice versa). They should have the World Cup with 10 teams and also instead of having a qualifier for small nations to qualify for the World Cup, they can shift that qualifier to the ODI league (teams will qualify to play in the ODI league and 10 teams selected for the World Cup).
