It's up to the players and you don't stop them using Twitter or any other website but you can restrict the player not to leak any decisions about Cricket

Yes. But any information regarding current, past and future series should not be allowed to write on twitter or even in media by any cricketer. It will also remove the controversy. They can share their personal life but no information regarding cricket.
Currently there is a pogrom going on in Deganga near Kolkata, West Bengal where local Hindus are being driven out of their homes and houses torched, temples are getting desecrated, shops and homes of Hindus are getting looted. Where is this news in national media. Army has been called out and is conducting a flag march there. This started when the local muslims supported by the Local Trinamool MP wants the Durga Puja being conducted at Deganga to be stopped. Where is this report in national media??
