Yeah, he reminds me of that TerrorClown Hafiz Saeed is responsible for Pakistan's water problem and then later floods. Finding scapegoats for crimes that they have committed is the staple diet of the Pornis, even on death bed they will try to deny it and fine some scapegoats for their misery.
