Why ICC is making this farce, All Cricket playing nations are involved in Match Fixing if you see the results of any series no touring side has own series in last 10 years.
Why Because? TO promote cricket in host nation the host nation should win the series to earn money and keep peoples interest alive in national cricket team. Except bangladesh, Zimbabwe and West Indies kind low economic power cricket teams only lost series because their cricket is premitave stage.
