Now I understand that why Pakistan always loose matches (recently) against india in any big tournament (world cup etc.), although their(pakis) overall record is better than india, ofcourse it is due to betting they get money from match fixers, Indian bookies would pay any amount to see them losing as indian public (sic fans) would bet anything to win against pakis. Pakistan cricket and govt should punish the crooks, but i guess they won't as in pakistan top to bottom everyone is corrupt.

Pakis whole cricket team is jihadi terrorists team. The main reason they are banned in India is because any of them could become a suicide bomber and might throw bomb at our elite players instead of ball.
Has anyone investigated whether Ijaz Butt and Salman Butt are related?
What about Dawood and Javed Miandad - they are in-laws.
Then we have our Hawala channel via which bookies operate.
Bollywood stars, producers, models, "escorts", etc. are also to be found in these circles almost everywhere.
Where there is excess money there is almost surely excess wine and excess flesh.
Obviously these people are not going to be investigated or questioned.
Keeping players poor means ensuring this system continues.
I think Mazhar Majeed has a risk to his life because he is singing.
Not that I sympathise with him, but that he is too risky to leave unsilenced.
Also, the way a tabloid has sustained its focussed investigation, either it has some really fiery journalists, or it is a elaborate distraction from the poor governance in Pakistan.
Either way, it is more the system that encourages this and much less the players.

Yeah they were not But they committed crime and Indian Govt (BJP led) put pressure on BCCI and BCCI acted on it and punished the criminals It is unfortunate that Azhar is MP in Congress and congress obviously
But what did Pakistan Govt do after banning mohd Asif, Shaob Akhtar, Salim Malik Wasim Akaram etc etc. They lifted the ban and now they are playing and taking part in fixing
Have u seen any Indians being caught or in news with proof????

Congress or BJP its Govt of India! Pakistan had banned Salim Malik.
Let the allegations investigated, until then they are innocent. But, this is print media they are going to cook stories after stories and when it will turn out nothing, that will come on rediff after 18 days

ICC gave him legends award, he is ESPN's commentator. Not proved, you are innocent. Maliks case was proved he was banned, Wasim Mushtaq were warned and fined!
at least afridi showed some maturity and didn't blame India for it.....in pakistan only he is deserved to be called a human.....and he is also a matured man......besides his anger....he knows also to apologise if he does.....anything wrong.....i still remember when in a odi between India and pakistan (few years back)........gauti and sahid afridi.....had a big fight.....but it was afridi.....who went and apologised.......to gauti for his mistakes.......and thus the matter........was closed.......so he is a matured man...............this kind of maturity should be shown from all the pakistani players......and they should not blame India like morons..........bcoz they should know that it is bcoz of India they .........still exist in the world map.....otherwise they would have ........... vanished........long ago from the world.....map...........
