he is not same tendulkar we seen in 1989 in debut against pakistan , he has deterioted lot. earlier he used to be real master blaster, when he comes to bat it was real treat to watch but now picture is very different . he is just trying to maintain his place due to earlier laurels, his batting now is very very boring.now he just play for records .he is avoiding place of youngsters. my advice to tendulkar is that please retire gracefully as u have big records and earned more than enough so let other earn something for there life.

LOL Ponting,Sangakara, Dravid, Jayawardena are not in the same league. Pointing is ahead of others in my book, and Sachin is ahead of all. I do agree Sachin is no Bradman. It is not me but the experts Pick Sachin in the dream team of all time. Where as all mentioned by you did not find place even in the second 11. Sachin is no Bradman, but he is better than any other middle order batsman including Vivian Richards. And much better than peers of his age Lara and pointing.

I have read and heard plenty of such comparisons. Remember one thing, Bradman played games and set records because he was good. Whereas, for today's cricketer's it is more like a job. If you don't perform you will sacked, if one is sick or hurt, people force them to retire. Which means games are over for players. It is more like a 8-5 job now. So please keep it straight and don't compare without strong reasons !!
