Its not Tea, but sugar & Milk who are creating kallories. for losing weight its mandatory to burn kallories.

That is true. Need to avoid sugar. I do avoid sugar but not other dairy products like paneer ;-)

My body frame size is bigger. I had measured it sometimes back using that elbow technique it was bigger than bigger :-)

So I started few steps

First reduce some food habits

reduced tea/coffy/cold/hot drinks :-)
started walk in morning

It was bit difficulrt for me also to reduce tea. but i am strictly doing this.

just Two Tea (50 ML Each) in office time (10 hrs)
One Tea In Morning

I am not sure tea affects body but I am not fond of tea/coffee anyways.

So you are almost perfect. I think you need to gain 3-4 kms but it depends upon your frame size.

I was maintained 57 Kgs from 10th Stand to Until I reach Dubai. For 8 Years I maintained but I was told I m underweight and Reached the BMI

yes i do walk some time during work, specialy when i go to construction site, I use stair's that time, also walk to every house to see possission. but its now working for me

I will ask my phygio.

Actualy 3 yrs back i am accident I was hearted badly in my back bone. It was pain full for me almost 6-8 months. that time doctor asked me not to lift weight from down side.

One Year before again i was pulled my back muscles, this time problem also with me for almost One month.

I will ask him what to do next. becaj i am feeling some weight problem now
