Why we are talking of cricket at all? Asiads are just round the corner and rediff should be promoting Asiads!!!!??? Wrestling, boxing, even atheletics are more popular sports. Isn't it??
THE INDIAN CRICKET BOARD AND TEAM SHOULD AT LEAST TRY IT OUT. IT MAY NOT BE PERFECT, BUT IT WOULD CERTAINLY BE MUCH BETTER THAN NOT HAVING IT AT ALL. IMPROVEMENTS WILL COME AS TIME GOES BY. OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS INDIANS HAVE BEEN MORE AT THE RECEIVING END OF DODGY UMPIRING DECISIONS THAN THE BENEFICIARIES. ONE THING THAT SHOULD BE INSISTED ON IS THAT EVEN IF THE UDRS IS UNABALE TO GIVE A PROPER DECISION, THE SAME SHOULD ALAYS BE IN FAVOUR OF THE BATSMAN.
Players should not be allowed to challenge instead the umpires should have the authority of using udrs whenever there is a doubt. Every former player has this view

Are both hypocrites? Every now and then Indian team or the public starts shouting that umpires are biased against Indians. Then why the hell Indian team is against URDS? They should be the first one to embrace it.
