Zaheer has flourished under Dhoni's captaincy so I do not think that is the reason. Irfan's case is unfortunate as he has lost pace. But I still feel if he gets fit he is the best Allrounder in India.Munaf is not good enough.

Sachin is like Gandhi. people either make him the greatest or call him the worst. Sachin is just another good cricketer who has perfrmed well like Gandhi was another freedom fighter who did what he thought was correct.Neither is Sachin the god of cricket nor is he a selfish brute. gandhi is neither the Father of the nation nor is he a villain. Its after all a team game like the independence struglle was also the whole country's not and a few people should not get he credit.
I always wonder why Ashish nehra always smiles after giving away boundaries and sixers off his bowling... and he always shows his battisi... he wud be a better brand ambassador for colgate than for cricket...
When selection is biased, depth bowling would be problem. Why vinay kumar was selected? When we have munaf patel, perhaps the most accurate bowler in India. In last odi series, he took highest wicket in semifinal and in final. Please check record! I am sure our selection or management system is biased.

Spot On Chirag, particularly this captain seems to be hell bent on marginalising Munaf, for he knows that Munaf rarely fails given an opportunity (most of the times he bowls better than every other bowler) and will become a permanent member of the side,which he doesn't want in favour of bowlers who are as good as his batting and thinking skills. But one thing is sure real talent can't be hidden for too long and Munaf Patel is bound to shine for a long time in the world of cricket.
