Delhi is not a State. It's a Union Territory. There are 28 States. I think you should check before u criticize and abuse.

KS, We sure heard of Sheila Dixit.. (especially w.r.t CWG :) Having a CM doesnt necessarily mean it has to be a state :) Even Pondicherry is a union territory, and it very much has a CM :)

Thanks. That's why I am not a rediff reporter! :) Argument that Delhi has a CM, hence, a State is not correct. Pondy has a CM and yet a UT. Goa and Mizoram had CMs when they were UTs before becoming a State. FYI - see these links. Get the answers and then argue. It's a shame we do not know our India well.

Ya. As which day Tendulkar made his Test debut, these jokers would quote not only the correct date but the hour minute and second he kept foot on the test venue.
Could not even get the Indian History or Geography correct.
