ROHIT Sharma who bats slower than his grand mother.He just scoreS 35-50 by consuming 70-80 balls and try to secure his place in the team. He shows no hurry for scoring runs faster and help the team.

He has put on lot of weight now because of too much eating and boozing which is unfortunate and affecting his career. His body has lost its elasticity and quick reflexes. It would be very difficult for him to come back to team unless he reduces his weight and take cricket seriously.
look at avg alone.Pl select players who are big match players and can deliver under pressure.Playing in WC that too in your home country is a lot of pressure.Pl do not select players on reputation alone

You are right. Only those who have performed well during last 18 months should only be considered. Dravid, Gambhir, Harbhajan have more reputation than anyone else but they are totally out of form.
1) Sachin 2) Sehawag 3) Gautam/Saurabh Tiwari/ M Vijay ( If Tiwari is includes he should come at no 6 4) Virat Kohli ( very good youngster . Can save some runs becouse of good Fielding ) 5) Yuvraj ( I know he is not in best of form . but without him we will not be able to Win worldcup .. He is very handy bowler as well . Management need to make him realise his imortance to the team and Indian hopes for the world cup .) 6) Rainaa ( Would be the Key Member of team . Would be use as part time bowler as well ) 7) Dhoni 8) Harbajan ( He needs to fire ... without his good form .. Indian task will be very difficult.) 9) Praveen Kumar ( Very very good Oneday bowler . He can be economic and has ability to take wickets ) 10) Zaheer Khan . ( Very Very Important Player . I hope he dont get injured .)
11) Ashish Nehra ( Oneday specialist . Need to work on his fielding . We are not expecting Jonty Rhodes from him but he should not do any blunder in the fielding . But he is a very handy bowler )

Dhobi should be removd from captaincy. He is eating the fruits of others sweating. He scores only when India have already won the match and formalities rest. Tendulkar will be the ideal choice for this world cup if India want to win it. Dravid can be handy at number 3 if he is selected.

Dhbi is plain lucky, who gets total support from all the seniors as well....well sachin has always supported azhar,ganguly nd now dhobi to become successful captains.

Excellent... but as WC in India, we need one more spinner "Aswin". Might be two medium fast or one five batsman (depend on opposition or pitch)

If India has to win the WC 11 it has to do a few things. First over scruitiny of media must stop if media doesnt overambitious fantastically demand and pick the Indian cricket team ICT can perform normally. example is T20 when noone was counting India but the very next WC we lost in apprehension and fear of insult. the media witchery has to shut up!! Second, we cannot pick players like horses in a fair. The team has to be picked from very begining with concrete strategy in mind not picking any player who just struck good on one particular day. That's bullshit. This will never get cup for us. This is the best time to pick players n groom them for next an year. Dont pick player on name we don't require sachin, we require player ho can perform in a flash not consuming all the time and making records for themselves. Players like Dinesh Kartik, uthhappa, raina, even jadeja are must along with selective mix of bowlers must have's are- jaheer, ishant. harbhajan although very hyped is actually a useful bolwer in tests but overall useless player- cannot bat and fields like worm. good fielders and good dead bowlers like praveen kumar(must),nehra (needs to improve both in bat n field too). A good strategist, a sports physiologist, sports psychiatrist, physiotherapist and supportive staff, are the requirements. the team can also be blocked from outside world for forthcoming months till WC specially no flaunts, shows or gigs with media. this is our best time to crack at WC'11.

India should not play Harbhajan any more. Gambhir also should be included only if he is in form. Ajinkya Rehane who received raw deal from selectors should be considered in place of Gambhir. Kohli and Raina should walk straight to the team. It is better to keep Tendulkar out of this format to give him more rest considering his age. Sehwag, Rehane, Kohli, Yuvraj, Raina, Dhoni, Tiwary, Praveen, Nehra, Zaheer, Ashwin and Shikar Dhavan should make final 12.

Sachin's age...u must be joking dude...he is th only batsman till date to score 200 in this format...nd he hardly uses any runner....unlike kohli...who had to get a runner for some 110 odd runs....being a so called youngster.

If you think Sachin a young at 37, I can't help.He is a great batsman it does not mean that he is to be used 365 days to being victory to India. And using runner by Kohli is not uncommon for any youngster as cramps and muscle pulls happen depending upon humidity and dehydration and not by age! You should not forget that those "some"110 runs brought him the MOM award. Younster's achivement should be appreciated not ridiculed.

U mean to say, sachin only plays in England, where the humidity nd dehydration levels r much lower...let kohli score one day centuries in Australia or south Africa...no wonder he may score also...beecoz the genuine fast bowler's like mcgrath,donald,akram/younis hv already retired...even spinners like warne nd murli have retired...let him score back to back centuries in a place like sharjah...then only u advocate for him...
