Most of the teams in the ipl are winning not only bcoz of its local players, but a great part is being played by the foreign players also. It just shows money power only. Whoever can afford crores of rupees to buy the best players can have best team also. So don't be over optimistic and think that ur team is the best in the business

don't take the case of ranji trophies and all. We all know what are the criteria needed for ipl teams
Kochi dont deserve to have an IPL team.better Ahmedabad should have because the city is full of cricket lovers. kerala many of them like soccer only and also majority of malayalee population were migrated to Karnataka,Tamilnadu,Andra.so its waste to have separate team for kerala is small state no infrastructure no cricket lovers better kochi IPL team must dropped.

we know people will find it difficult to digest when kochi won the ipl bid and will try everything possible to dismantle it. kerala has one thing unique ie it has achieved hundred percent literacy status more than a decade ago. There is no division between rural and urban areas in kerala unlike in your part of the world. Even in the tribal areas, you will see people enjoying all the modern facilities bcoz all of them are educated. Just come and see the reality rather than uttering nonsense from there.

wat u mean by development? in karnataka for eg how many states are developed? there is one bangalore, mangalore and someother places. But ther are lots of people there in the rural areas who lives like tribals or like people in the 17th century. Likewise it is the case with almost all the states except kerala. Here all people enjoy modern technology . they are aware about it and they r using it also. There wont be any person in kerala who dont have a mobile. even in the small tribal areas of kerala, u will see people with latest gadgets and their standard of living is high, comparing to their counterparts in other states. U will not se much human rights violation here. i used to read abt such violations happening place in orissa, tamilm nadu etc etc thrru national news papers. So development means improving the standard of living of the people, not just in urban areas but in rural areas as well. I just dont want to compare between states. its only bcoz u asked that am saying.why r u so angry abt kerala? wat have we done to u?

in india's most prestegiuos event call IPL. Lucknow or kanpur deserves than kochi. where is kochi ? no one knows. ppl think that it is in kerala or tamil nadu. but kanpur and lucknow are world famous.
more over crowd in kanpur and lucknow are more educated and smart with good cricket knowledge. shashi tharoor nair was minister so he gave advantage to his village kochi.
if given a chance, we can be No 1 IPL team in the world. with international fans.

By the way Kochi is one of the cities marked in the world map due to the presence of a harbour and not Kanpur and Lucknow. Go abroad and you will find out how world famous your towns are. Yes i very well understood the patriotism from you people. What do mean by patriotism then? i think u have got the meaning wrong.
I hope all citizens in this country will want themselves to be identified as indians only and not as marathis, punjabis, keralites etc etc. Its reallly disappointing the way people think and it seems regionalism, communalism etc matters for them more than a feeling of being an indian

kochi is in KERALA, and it is not a village. it is also world famous , especially for the malayalees present world wide. Kochi is def better than Kanpur or Lucknow. Kochi will def emerge as a best team.

But they won't let kochi own a team. They did not think in their wildest dreams that kochi will win the bid for an ipl team. So from then on, they are trying to halt its progress.They are using their power and might in unison, and their pursuit seems to be on the right track now

I never saw so much anger when rajasthan royals and kings eleven punjab were banned from ipl bcoz of the corruption allegations against them. Meanwhile it was not just allegations. The authorities have solid proof with them.

1. Talented players 3 OR 4 out of SACHIN TENDULKAR/ RAHUL DRAVID/V V S LAXMAN / VIRENDER SEHWAG / ZAHEER KHAN / SURESH RAINA will be always in the form.

INDIA is not winning any match because of MS DHONI's talent or brillancy. He is big ZERO..Fit for nothing. Sack him out and make VIRENDER SEHWAG as new Captain.
Its not that kochi doesn't have a stadium. We have a stadium which has more capacity than the one in ahmedabad. The kca doesn't own a stadium here but it will be ready in two years. But don't get overjoyed by that fact since the kerala govt has given the permission to play all the ipl matches in the current stadium, until the new one is ready. Nobody thought that kochi will win the bid for the ipl team and when it eventually did, it irked many industrial as well as cricket bosses out there. Lalit modi was acting as somebody from the god's era when speaking against the kochi team. But later it was found that he is one of the biggest, if not the biggest corrupted person in indian cricket. He had personal interests in jaipur and punjab franchises. And seeing the fate of rajasthan royals and kings eleven punjab,nobody has any right to speak against the kochi team. Even all the people out here in kochi knew, that though we have won the bid for an ipl team, there are still people out there who wants to put mud on their dreams.At least all indians who are against the huge amount of corruption involved in the ipl, can thank kochi, bcoz its inclusion saw, many scams being unearthed now. The so called king pin mr lalit modi has fled the nation now in fear of action from his one time friends and allies and also the govt. We wouldn't have utter a single word, had ahmedabad or nagpur won the bid, so it should be vice versa too. We all belong to india and we all have equal rights her
