There is a rumour that the drainage system in the stadium is clogged and not cleaned properly, hence the slow seepage of water. The problem is that since the drainage has not been cleared for more than decade, it need atleast 2-3 months of work to finish. So most probably the match is not going to happen, because of dangerous outfeild.
TODAY SATURDAY MORNING, ITS SUNNY HERE AS USUAL , BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THE CLIMATE CHANGES HERE. IN THE AFTERNOON IT BECOMES VERY CLOUDY AND HEAVY RAINS SLASHES. IT RAINED VERY HEAVILY LAST NIGHT. BUY GUYS U CAN STILL HAVE A GAME BECAUSE HERE THE LAND ABSORBS WATER VERY FAST. SO DONT WORRY UNTILL AND UNLESS THER IS RAIN ON THE MATCH DAY, WE CAN ALWAYS HOPE THAT WE CAN GET THE GAME GOING ON SUNDAY.
main difference between ausis earlier n now is gilchrist n mcgrath/warne.
if ausi top 5 baters scored 250 runs then another 250 runs were added by their bottom half ie tailenders with the help of gilchrist. gilli was their unsung hero. n the rest job of bundling out opponent was done by their bolers.
secondly, punter-cheater purposely sidetracked n spoiled career of gillespi, who cud hv been handly in absence of mcgrath. now they dont hv lee who he thought of handling post mcgrath era.

But in cochin, we are used to see-saw climate. For two days it will be heavy rains and then we will have hot and humid conditions for the next two days. So u never know, what to expect on the next day.Humidity will always be higher here, since there is a close proximity to sea. Hopefully, the rain will spare us on sunday. And if the match indeed takes place, i have learnt that there are chances that the full gallery will be filled in blue colors as nike is distributing free blue shirts to all the ticket purchasers and have asked them to wear it on the match day. And the indian team's new blue jersey will also be unveiled in this match

Hmmm but still not lengthy ones. It subsides quickly. As i know, these days u never know what climate to expect on the next day. Anyway the temperatures are in the mid 20's only, even when there is no rain.In 2007 also there was a similar case when days prior to the match day was full of rains and then it was a hot day when the match took place. So there is still a hope.
I am not sure how Rediff can write these kinds of articles. Everyone knows Tamil Hates Mallus and vice versa. Ofcourse Tamil hates everyone. ( That means there is some problem with Tamils). Rediff is telling as if it got the information from Rain God. I believe no need to write these articles.

Hey nuts kumar!!! Go get some life!! I am a tamil and I don hate any of my country men. And I don think I have any kind of hatred towards mallus. Don generalize when u talk. If tamils hate everyone TN would not have been the state that contributed the max for Kargil relief funds and the Bhooj eath quake.
