Dhoni proved he is not a good batsman and wk..If dhoni is a Thinking Tank and retain is place in the team then kick him out and hire IITians to think about the game...They will will think extraordinary than dhoni..

IITians are always born geniuse...they can discuss,think and apply on any issues all over the world...my suggestion is only that If dhoni is in the team because of his Thinking capabilities then kick him out and replace with big gun...If thinking captaincy required

Bhogle, Shastri in post match day analysis will talk abt how SRT intimidates his team, yet inspires, them, and if he gets out it is the pressure of the team. If they win, cos of his presence only.
