Why India is not playing frequently with West Indies and Zimbabwe? No money are the main reasons? sponsorships?

As shown in the last series with new zealand Gambhir shows his class as a caption,wheather in his batting or in his dicission on the field.

Overall Gambhir's captaincy was quite innovative and bold the way he bowled the spinners so early during the first power plays
