The first sentence is a bit confusing . Is the BCCI giving out a tender for a new Kochi team or a new team from any city ? As a Malayali , i'll obviously hope for a Kochi team , but I doubt if it's possible now . BCCI will want to resolve the geographical disparity existing in IPL now that Rajasthan and Punjab have been kicked out .

There was a deadline to prove constitution of IPL Kochy, which was over. Now allowed to bid fresh. The bid will be lower than the earlier like in MMS's 2G scam?
