Really good selection by BCCI and first time by Srikant himself. Still I would like to mention few points.
1. Why only 14 players team is selected for ODI against NZ? It should be 16 to give more exposure to future players of India.
2. Why not Dhavan selected as a stand in Opener. He just got one chance in last series? Once any player selected in a team, he deserve some chances to prove himself. I hope Dhavan won't dishearten and won't loose his confidence.
3. Why not A.Rahane is not selected for ODI against NZ. There is no genuine middle order stand in batsman in a team. Yusuf and Jadeja fall in All rounder category.
4. Dhavan and Rahane would have been included in present ODI team against NZ, which makes perfect young team.
5. Test squad against SA is really good selection. I believe no one find mistake in it.
6. Finally, I would like to congratulate BCCI for not selecting all time greats Rohit sharma and Dinesh Kartik. Both of them should retire from International cricket. They already got enough chance. Nothing left in them now.

I m telling the truth, I have Dealt with them, Almost all the year in the last 4 years I m dealing with them and I know their behaviour.
But I like one thing from them, They don't look at my Age and they look at me how good I m, unlike Indians u r just in ur 20's and I should Discuss this Most important thing with you? Why don't you sent your Boss here.

True, Euro people are gem in my Experience compared to all Whites though some exceptions are still there but over all Euro people are really good
