Viru alone is enough to wipe out whole NZ side :-) Nobody can even come close...

yEAH, Viru is a modern day's Sir Vivian Richards, the destroyer of bowling attacks and on his day impossible to stop.

Viru can wipe out any side in the world single handedly in a snap.

correct! We had Sachin in the 90s and Veeru in the 00s. God knows whether we will have another hitter like these in future!

they were indeed lucky to have him out. He would have taken the game way beyond their reach.

This is how krikinfo (forgive spelling) describes Paine's dismissal

now that's a catch! And Zaheer has his tenth five-wicket haul. He angled the ball across the right-hander with an upright seam, pitched on a good length in line with the stumps and got it to shape away. Paine pushed forward at it and the ball flew quickly and low off the outside edge towards second slip where Laxman dived forward and to his left to catch it moments before it hit the ground

No mention of a dropped catch. Now can you site any references supporting your claim that the catch was dropped ?

A decison given by the umpire is final. Sometimes it goes against India, sometimes it favors. When it goes for India, we somehow justify it and even endorse it. When it goes against, we cry foul and criticize. This is part of the game. The umpire is a human being.

Thats why UDRS comes into picture, to minimize errors in close umpiring decisions.

Exceptional Cricketers like Sehwag play for cricket, Others play for personal records.

Its only in Indian subcontinent where personal records are taken so seriously.
