It's so clear. If someone threatened him, he would definitely approach his team players or PCB chief, which he did not do. So either he himself was involved in the fixing or someone more powerful from the team itself was involved and he wanted to run away from the person. Whole of Pakistani team is a bunch of thugs. There is no question about it.

I think Haider has to be appreciated for being honest. Always the life of whistle blower is hard. Hope cricket uncovers the truth in this case.
Now it is sure that betting mafia is so powerful that playeres and big officials are scared of them..EVen our Lalit Billionaire Modi also ranaway due to the threats of bookies.
Who knows that he himself is guilty. He might have taken money for loosing the game but at the end of day Pakistan won. now the match fixers may be after him because of not performing badly
The way youngster are reacting itslef indicates that the whole pakistani team management is involved in fixing scandals.I think the person who called him for match fixing is from the pak team management and due to which this talented youngster decided for retirement.Only one person who can change the pakistani team and one who can divert the whole team to right track is IMRAN KHAN.
Haider seems to have the done the right thing by not taking any chances with the goons who fix these matches. I guess, this is a big mafia in Pakistan which is behind this racket. I wont be surprised if the money from match fixing bets are going towards funding terrorist activities in Pakistan and elsewhere. Involvement of rouges or intelligent agencies could be a reality. Let's not blame the players. They have been made a pawn in this game. We have seen the D-gang in the Sharjah matches in the past. But now these mafias must have become more sophisticated and organised. And again, I feel, and authorities need to take note of it that a large chunk of the money form betting must be going towards funding jihad and terrorism.
