on day 2 when india resumed their first innings, sastri was telling"the pitch is conducive for batting and Dhoni will be able to declare after reaching 500 or 550. Everybody was waiting for Tendulkar's 50th test hundred but nothing had happened. Because of Harbajan's slog hitting,we could reach that total.Sastri ,Arunlal & co. will you pl.shut up your mouth now.pl.do not underestimate NZ hereafter.Vettori is a better captain that Dhoni. Also note VVS is a better technically sound batsman than Tendulkar(I have told this many times in this forum)

I think with Laxman at the crease we might be just able to pull off this one. If we lose 2 wickets in the first session and score another 100 runs, we can stretch the lead to beyond 210, it will then in the 4th innings become a little challenging score to chase. And with 2 more wickets expecting to contribute 20 runs more, NZ will expectedly have a target of approximately 230 runs which isn't a completely undefendable target either. So chill and hope for the best Ravindra. I am sure you would be the first one to celebrate. I surely have a instinct thought - this test match WILL HAVE A RESULT!
