Can anyone please tell me the contribution of M S Dhoni as a batsman for last 10 Test Matches ? I think Bhajji or Zahir has a better batting average than him of late ! And so much hue & cry for Kirstein ? India need a bowling coach - someone like Wasim Akram - and a batter. Is there anything that is still to be learnt by Sachin or Laxman or Shwewag ?
It's not Ricky Ponting to rely on the greats,but it is Mr.Daniel Vettori that does the job for Kiwis as he too does his bit by bowling,batting and in captain shoes too.
THIS IS TRUE THAT DHONI IS PRACTICALLY IN VERY BAD SHAPE BOTH AS BATSMAN AND ALSO AS A WICKET KEEPER. THERE IS A WORD IN OUR SOCIETY ""STRI BHAGYE DHAN " WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE IN DHONI'S LUCK. I AM VERY MUCH SURPRISED HOW HE IS STILL SELECTED AS CAPTAIN OF INDIAN CRICKET TEAM WHILE HIS PRIMARY INCLUSION IN THE TEAM IS QUESTIONABLE. DHONI IS NOW DISPARATE TO HIDE HIS SHABBY BATTING PERFORMANCE BY PLACING HIMSELF IN 6TH/7TH DOWN IN BATTING ORDER. THIS IS USELESS. HE WAS MUCH ADVERTISED WITH THE NAME ""DHONI DHAMAKA"" WHICH REFLECTS HIS PRIMARY HURRICANE PERFORMANCE WHICH IS COMPLETELY ABSENT AT PRESENT. NOW IT IS VERY PITY THAT HE BEING THE CAPTAIN HAS BEEN DOING ALL NONSENSE BY NOT ONLY PLACING HIMSELF IN LOWER ORDER BATTING ORDER BUT ALSO SHOWING LACK CRICKET KNOWLEDGE. SELECTORS SHOULD NOW THINK AGAIN AND AGAIN WHETHER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO KEEP THE GLORIOUS NATIONAL PRIDE AS TEST BATSMAN AND CAPTAIN OR THEY WILL EXCLUDE HIM FROM THE PRESENT TEAM AND SHOULD FIND A BETTER CRICKETER WHOSE PERFORMANCE IS BEYOND DOUBT LIKE RYNA, VIJAY ETC. AT THE SAME TIME SELECTORS SHOULD ALSO THINK FOR MORE AND MORE NEW CRICKET PLAYERS WHO DESERVE PLACE IN INDIAN CRICKET TEAM AND DROP OLD OLDEST PLAYERS LIKE SACHIN, RAHUL DRAVID, LAXMAN, SHEWABAG , HARBHAJAN AND LAST BUT NO THE LEAST DHONI.

Dhoni will bounce back ,he shown when ever team india needs him, what i feel he must reduce his hectic schedule dont worry mr banerjee dhoni will show his performance to you shortly, he is the best captain for india among all the indian captain

All Dhoni haters can you tell me a single wicketkeeper batsman who can replace Dhoni. Okay lets drop Dhoni, lets drop Sachin, lets drop Yuvraj.... and see the result. We have already seen that in Zimbabwe. Dhoni is indispensible for Indian team like Sachin, Sehwag, Yuvraj, Zaheer. Yes he has to get back to his natural style to be more successful. Agreed.

In tests , kartik is a very viable option. Dh.obi was never great behind the stumps. His bonus point was batting. However he has been failing off late.
I however believe that he might improve or get in better form. Hence i don't believe dropping him is the right choice

lol,whatever comes in your mind, you write. Can you name any indian wicket keepr who is able to replace dhoni by his performance presently.As far as his batting order is concern, all the player you mentioned are playing as ap batsman so haow can he promote himsely top in order.However had he promoted himself top in order, he would have got better relatively run & run rate.
