oh common yaar..at the max we could have t20 in asian games..overdose of t20 is boring...indians have excellent sportpersons in otehr fields..am sure, we will win atleast 30 golds..
indians usually rattle these scores consistently in india..the headline should have been normally reported instead of "kiwis wilting" etc. lets face teh real challenge in south africa, where dale steyn is waiting to rattle us..cant understand the logic of 2 test series against aus and an immediate 3 test series against a lowly kiwi side. as for dravid, his style of play will unsettle opposition bowlers rhythm...initially they try all means to attack him and the indians and given the style he has, it is always good for us because one side, there will be free scoring batsmen and the other end dravid...this is what test cricket is all about..great batsmen in test cricket like bradman, w.g.grace, etc have high averages ut a nominal strike rates, which is the testimony of test cricket...
Dravid should now announce his retirement, having just hit a century. He is too slow for the modern cricket style, and his best is past him. If he retires after this test, he will be remembered for the century in his last test.

dude 1)this is a test match not a one day match 2)he promotes defense solid batting a type of batting india requires if it has to win matches there is no point in scoring 20 of 7 balls in a test match id rather score 100 of 220 odd balls 3)we cant keep on swinging our bat wildly say sehwag plays brilliantly because he is an exceptional player but that doesn't mean yusuf , rohit are grt players because they can bash the ball the best batsmen arise when they are technically correct and i doubt india has an quality batsmen to replace him replace gambhir instead who has not been scoring in quite a few matches players should be rated on form not age and if that is the criteria then first kick out gambhir bhaji ,sreesanth, ishant & dhoni they are performing much worse than him

You are right. But this India vs NZ is expected to be one sided series. 2-0 or 3-0 in favor of India not as exciting.

True, the way Sehwag was hitting the ball all over the park,it became a bit boring after sometime.

BTW,I really missed y'days knock by Malinga..seems nowadays the tailenders are spending some time batting in the nets.

It was just a tukka. They took power play and slogged and then they came close and batted sensibly.

oh. i also do not know. I was just testing my id. But i checked it now. I mean the query, some 100 pounds is a ton so that way they did some naming convention.

Usually 1000kgs is a ton.
But In Britain, a ton is colloquially used to refer to 100 of a given unit. Ton can thus refer to a speed of 100 miles per hour e.g. "Lee was doing a ton down the motorway"; to money e.g. "How much did you pay for that?" "A ton" (£100); to 100 points in a game e.g. "Eric just threw a ton in our darts game" (in some games, e.g. cricket, more commonly called a century); or to a hundred of pretty much anything else.

Usually in terms of weight a Ton is 1000 of something. 1000kg is Ton in india, 1000 pounds is a ton in US etc.
